Thanks for all the well wishes on the kidlet's wrist. Guess what she's now sporting on her other wrist?
A nifty green cast.
Yep, she has another buckle fracture. We are suspicious that she hurt it Valentine's and it's been nagging at her since then. And several falls this week finished it off.
It's not slowing her down LOL. Amazing how resilient kids can be.
She likes the hammer sound the casts make when you bang them together.
I received line edits back on Blood Lines: Conduit so back to working on those. I'm almost done *g*. Yippeeeee!

Two fractures! Oh no LOL and only a little kid (and me) would like the way the casts sound when you bang them together. Good luck on the edits!
Poor little munchkin!
At least they have those nice bright fiberglass casts now. When we were kids it was the big ugly white plaster ones. She'd look like popeye before they came off!
(I had 5 of them before I was twelve. The dangers of being a tomboy.)

Erin, she's dealing pretty well with it. She's found alternate ways of doing things. As I now think she did the second one with the first one, she was playing horsey and took a flying leap off a bin to jump over "the fence." I think she worked for it *blinks*.
(((Mo))))) I'm going to believe she already had the third thing. She fell pre-yellow cast and bit her upper lip pretty darn good. It bled for 15 minutes. So *nods* that's our third one.
LOL Karen, she is funny banging them together.
Feyrhi, thanks for the healing vibes. She's a very active little kid, I have a feeling this isn't the last cast she'll have. ((Hugs))
